Meet our Vivla Team: Our Founders

Let´s get to know each other a bit better. There are real people behind Vivla’s mission. We work really hard every day in order to give buyers a true, flexible alternative to second home ownership. Today, let us introduce you to our founding team.

We work hand in hand with a really inspiring group of founders. They are great at having a vision and making it a reality, really know how to listen, and truly make us feel at home and work as a team every day.

Carlos Gómez, Vivla’s Chief Executive Officer, worked in Google for 10 years and co-founded 7r, a successful Spanish corporate venture builder. Iván Rodríguez, our Chief Revenue Officer, co-founded Parclick, which he sold to the Italian group FAAC in 2019, and Carlos Floria, Vivla’s Chief Operations Officer, has a strong professional background in banking (he held important positions at Societé Generale & Bank of Scotland), venture capital and business development.

1. What inspires you about Vivla?

This powerful idea of making amazing second homes accessible to more people and helping them redefine their lifestyle.

2. How does Vivla help people?

It helps them enjoy a more balanced lifestyle by owning a special getaway. On a bigger scale, having full houses instead of empty ones generates a more vibrant local economy and a sustainable tourism model.  

3. Your dream place to buy a fraction

It would be Cala Comte in Ibiza, where I got married 7 years ago. But I’m now exploring a nice Vivla home in Formentera, so that might be my first fraction.

Carlos Floria

1. What inspires you about Vivla?

It gives people the chance to access a much more functional second home market, where they only pay for what they need while investing in their own happiness.

They can truly enjoy a favorite getaway and feel just like being at home.

3. Your dream place to buy a fraction

A formentera villa, right by the sea, where I can enjoy the tranquility of the island and its amazing sunsets

Vivla changes the way we buy and enjoy second homes. We use second homes a few weeks a year, which is a big waste of money. Our model helps people make smart purchases and fully enjoy their assets.
